Gst on rent for property

we have rented the property to a bank we are paying the service collected from bank but not the limit was increased , so we are under the new limit still we have to pay /register or not

Sir. our company have taken a store on rent from unregistered dealer.

in this case we have to pay gst under rcm @ 18% and I can take the itcof the same.

but this 18% will be cgst or igst or sgst
