GST on hoarding structure

Dear Sir's

I built a structure on my own building for renting hoarding for third party and i am receiving Rs. 6000/- per month as rent for the structure only. Is GST applicable on the rent i received.

Kindly advise me about the above query.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to rental income received from hoarding structures. If you own a building and rent out a structure specifically for third-party hoarding, the rent received is generally considered a taxable supply under GST. This applies if you are a registered dealer or liable for GST registration.

Yes, if you are registered dealer, or liable for registration.

Yes it's taxable supply in GST.
