GST on Gross value of Invoice
What is the tax implication on loading and unloading, freight charges shown separately in Invoice, if to be taxed at what rate.

if it is recovered by supplier along with the value of supply of goods than its a mixed supply. gst will charged at rate of goods rate....
You can add the above charges in your invoices the GST rate is your supply of Goods/Services rates also
