Sir, We have taken a Godown on Rent which Monthly Rent is 36000/- pl suggest now in GST Condition what accounting entry will be made in our book , Godown owner only provide RENT RECEIPTS Rs.36000/- with declaration He not register in GST. Thanks

THE OWNERS' INCOME IS NOT TAXABLE AS HE IS GIVING A DECLARATION AND HENCE HE NEED NOT GET REGISTERED.
NOW, AS YOU ARE A REGISTERED TAXABLE PERSON, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE TAX ON REVERSE CHARGE BASIS.
