Kindly clarify doubt about GST for goods transport.
A) Xyz ltd is a manufacture and have own vehicles. Some times they send mateial freight including and some times freight extra. Party will pay transport. Present there is no tax in this transactions. After GST what they do ?
B) ABCD is a Transport commssion agent. They arrange vehicles between manufacture and end user. Present they don't charge any tax. After GST any taxes will apply.

a) if they send mateial freight included then have to pay gst rate applicable on material on total amount of material
if show separately then may be take exemption of fright if applicable to them & pay gst rate applicable on material value only.
b) in case of abcd is a gta & receiver have to pay gst if applicable on reverse charge transaction. visit exemption list & revese charge list for more clarification

IF FREIGHT IS SHOWN TO PAY IN LR/GR OF GTA, AND NO GST ON GTA IS CHARGED IN INVOICE OF MATERIAL..THEN WHAT THE LIABILITY OF REVERSE CHARGE WILL BE?
