Gst on exports
We are a 100 % EOU unit and one more non- EOU UNIT meant for domestic sales. Is there any GST exemption on export sales , like SEZ unit ..
Please clarify.

yes, same as in current law. either clear sale by paying IGST adjusted with ITC & then claim refund the rest or clear the shipment under bond & the claim refund of ITC
