my client ( firm) has export textile goods to Indonesia, now gst on igst is applicable or not, some one say use LUT OR BOND. I am confused which one is used LUT or BOND? both are exemption ?
where to apply sir,

it depends on your export turn over , kindly apply for LUT online available on portal
Yes IGST is applicable on zero rated (Export) sale when done without Lut
Hence file LUT online on Portal under User Services - select Furnish LUT option
2 wayout to Export:
1.Submit LUT and then Export without payment of IGST
2.Pay IGST at the time of exports and then claim Refund of IGST
