Gst on exempt services

Hi experts,

Can anyone suggest me weather GST exemption is applicable for contractor providing consturction / erection service by way of pure labour services for building / residentail houses. As came to known from from GST exemption notification No. 12/2017-CT labour provided to consturction of house it exempt.

Pls suggest wheather we can go ahead with theses notifcation for running the business.

Yes as per notification 12 /2017 CT(rate) entry in sno3 , it's exempted, no need to charge GST
