One of my friend's GST Number is cancelled due to non filling of return Please tell me solution how can he revoke his cancellation and get back his number

As per Rule 23 of CGST Act , need to file application for revocation in Form Reg-21 within 30days from date of order of Cancellation

We can request the concerned jurisdiction officer for revocation if it had crossed more than 30 days; still order of cancellation can be revoked. only thing they will ask for immediate payment of gst in arrears.

You can file revocation application through your portal with 30 days of suo moto cancellation.
If it crosses the prior deadline then you can go to appeal.
It will be convenient that write a application and collect necessary documents such like GSTN certificate and your Pan adhar and annex it . Go to office of your jurisdiction and meet directly to accessing officer and tell the problem. If your reason satisfies them then they may revoke your GST.

Sir if any gst registered person in co. shape is turn his business from other country and it was still not cleared all his tax liabilities on old GST No previously he has then what should the govt does enuiry on that Company
they will cancel his new GST Registration and both Registration
or thier is no link between both of them
how govt recovers from him all tax liabilities
