Our company (Gst regd) is in purchase & sale of GST exempted goods. Co has purchased raw material which is Gst exempted from supplier. bill details are Raw material 20 lacs+weightment charges 15k and supplier not charged GST on 15k.
So my question is..Is Gst applicable of weightment charges? and If yes then supplier has not charged on it? Is it company responsibility to tell them or Is co has to pay as RCM?

Whether GST is applicable on weightment charges or not is irrelevant. This is because charging GST is the responsibility of the seller. There are a few cases where the buyer has to pay GST on RCM basis. This matter is however not covered under RCM mechanism. So you need not be worried.
