Is there any provision to correction in wrong GST NO UPDATED IN MONTHLY GSTR 1 FOR NOV.17

No, But you will issue credit note this month against the same & accept the invoice when your buyer uploaded during GSTR 2A.
or rotate your entry with buyer if they do so.
