Our client MR.X had registered under service tax and then migrated to GST.
While filling GST Migration form we have furnished the following details:
- Legal name as RAMASWAMY RAGHAVAN
- Trade name as SHREE VINAYAKA CLEARING AGENCY
We have received the provisional registration certificate vide GSTIN: 29ABOPR2089PIZI.
We observe in the provisional certificate the trade name is incorrectly mentioned as R. RAGHAVAN as against the correct trade name as SHREE VINAYAKA CLEARING AGENCY.
How to rectify this problem
