Gst migration error your rc under is cancelled

We raised query to GST Migration Help desk at Departmental Office & got reply that "Mail the error with screen shot & provisional id to cbecmitra.helpdesk @ icegate.gov.in from your registered mail ID.

 

My reply for Service Tax Assessees

In our firm also we faced this kind of error for many clients, So I visited service tax office in thane to resolve this query. They told me that this error is shown because client did not enrol for GST by the deadline which was given to them for their phase. Their provisional ID is expired and they will have to get their provisional ID again from GST enrolment centre (Service Tax Office) by attending in person. Please take alongwith you letter of authority, self attested PAN card copy of the person authorising and PAN card copy of the person representing client if client himself not going to Service Tax Office to collect provisional ID.

I visited the service tax office but they told that they dont know anything about the PID cancellation ,they said they will also contact CBEC mitra helpdesk. if any solution ,please help

While migration of GST  their registration into the GST common portal the message displayed was :
"Your RC is cancelled therefore your provisional ID stands cancelled & you are not permitted to migrate under GST"

It is because Provisional IDs issued to registered in ACES till 31.01.2017 and not utilized by the entities (Assessees) has been cancelled as either not required or as non-usable.

In such cases  the Assessee wants to migrate to the GST  portal he should follow the following instructions:

1. Send  email to cbecmitra.helpdesk @ icegate.gov.in from registered email ID to ACES.

2 E-mail should be from assessee registered ID.

3. Subject of email will be - PID required to migrate to GST

4. Mension your Service Tax or excise  R C  Number(s).

5. Any other problem   faced in  enrollment shall also be mentioned.

6. May also call to helpline to describe problem for further solution.

Two Ways the Same issue is occured-

1. is when Creating Username or Password

2.When Filled up all the form no-20 but after relogin, same issue is occured

1. We all know that We have to created our username or password by 30 april 2017,

so in that case Your Respective Department has Disabled your Provisional id and password because of no use--thats what the respective department think,,,you dont need No.

Solution--you have to go to Respective Department and then request them to Enable your Provisional ID and password or your can mail to Mitra email id.

We have already mailed to mitra help desk. But still no respond from the department and we are waiting for the same.

Because of the Gst every department is Busy.

you can do thing you can go to department, talk to Commissioner, they will enable your provisonal id and password after concerning with the IT Department who is connected with the GST

Hi,, 

    How did you get the updated password and P ID.

For you to migrate, got to gst.gov.in website and click on 'login' then in that page at botton there will be a link for new user login, click that link and you are ready to migrate..
