if you are taking service from foreign parties for furtherance of business you have to pay GST Liability under RCM

I have a 2 Import Fright Invoices..
party name is Yusen Logisticss...
so, they are charged 5 % and 9% on frieght inward
how can i take input of these two different tax rate???

In GSTR 3B, You can take credit by making Sum of Tax Input.

Dear Sachin Shetty,
Under GST for GTA supplier there were two GST rates
option 1 : GST @ 5% without input credit
option 2: GST @ 18% with input credit
Hence you may receive invoices at 5% or 18% from your vendors.
However whether 5% or 18% charged in invoice you are eligible for input credit in both cases please show the same in all other ITC of eligible ITC of GSTR-3B

You don't have to pay under RCM if GTA supplier has charged Gst 5% or 18% in his invoice. You can take credit on the basis of invoice.

vendor not pay 5% tax to govt. so we should pay RCM and take ITC

if GTA Supplier does not charge any tax in invoice then we have to pay under RCM @ 5%
