Gst last year turnover

a person dealing in garment, (B2C) he apply for GST but earlier he was not regisered under MPVAT, his turnover is 15 lakh as per last ITR

Now the qurry  is can mention Last year Turnover in GSTR-1 of Rs 15 lakh.

Yes you can mention, even if unregd earlier..

but if he mention the same they(Department) may ask for the reason for not get registred under VAT
