m regd in GST as traders.
also m earning rent from commercial property.
now I have ITC balance in credit ledger that related to my trading business bcz the sale is low in this month.
but I have output liability on rent income.
so now can I adjust the balance ITC against GST payable on rent...?

There is no restriction in GST for adjusting the credit accumulated in trading towards services or vice versa. The balance at GST is remaining unadjusted maybe paid in cash.
