in case of maintenance paid to society upto 5000 exempted so on a value of upto 5000 no ITC available

ITC on car insurance is eligible only for specified service like transportation of passengers ,goods etc

(A) ITC Cannot claim for Purchase of Motor vehicle and Insurance on car or also not available for rent-a-cab, health insurance and life insurance.

(B) Maintenance paid to socity exemption limited enhances Rs. 7500.00 per month.
