Dear Sir,

We have dispatched the matarial to customer but due to some reasons like, schudule completed or over stock at customer end on the day and they have not inwarded the material. But this material required in next day ( vehicle will come to our factory)

what we need to do in this cases as per the GST law.

Simply You can deliver next day before cancel E-Way Bill if You are prepared...

Raise CNT & prepare E-way bill on Goods Return , (as not accept by recepient) next day when you again move your goods then make fresh bill generate e-way & send the goods
