Sir, As per my knowledge you can take Input Tax Credit if you take it as expence, If you want these to become your fixed assets part. then Govt. will not allow you ITC and Depriciation both.

ITC is not applicable for any personal and fixed assets of the company. However the company can obtain ITC only in the case of further dealing of the goods and expenses.

For office director car maintance expenses and spares purcashe expenses GST Tax is eligible for claim the input tax credit.
Please explain.
