GST input on car insurance and repair job

According to Sec 17(5) no INPUT on vehicle purchase can be claimed as INPUT. How about GST on vehicle insurance and Car repair expenses? I think it can be availed. Any comments please

yes, it can be availed if you get your full name address and gstin no. on repair invoice and insurance invoice.

if gst not allowd for any thing 

for mantaining same thing which expense are incured is  allowed or not

what law says about it or reamains  slient 

i think not allowed
