if there is a company which has service tax registration in delhi but provides services in up and haryana (no service provided in delhi)
that company should take registration in how many states-3 2 or 1?

If same service ...then only 1 registration...
only one registratont in delhi required.. but if your office is in other state then in all those state regd is required...
Not mandatory if biling location is same....
u can bill in Delhi (Mention Delhi address in bill)...
u can do the job from anywhere and any other state office...
