condition 1.
Normally courier co. imports various clients order consolidated in One consignment & paid custom duty & IGST .
Now if the shipping bill is in the name of Courier co. you wont be able to claim IGST.
condition 2:
if suppose the shipping bill is in your name then ask for the copy of shipping bill from courier , moreover the duty & IGST would be paid by you in that case . hence in this case you can claim IGST
