gst for waste paper purchaser

I am trading in waste paper and i purchase waste paper from those persons who buys from door door and they dont have any gst no.
so they can't able to give me a gst Bill. So please help me how i can purchase waste paper.

my monthly turnover is 2000000.
and when I sale waste paper to company they also demand gst Bill from me. how can I procee my business .

please give me solutions.
