pls guide whether a hotlier has to take gstn if turnover is less than 20 l and if turnover is more than 20 l and between 75 l
he has to pay 5% flat quaterly and how to compute??pls explain

for restaurant
If turn-over is less that 20 lacs no registration required but if it crosses have to take registration. 5 % flat option is for restaurant not for hotel.
