Is there GST for any type of subsidy amount from Central government ?

Gst is a tax which is charged on taxable sales whereas subsidy is a grant from government itself and I don't think any GST can be charged
As per section 15 sub section (2) (e) the value of supply shall include subsidy directly linked to the price excluding subsidies provided by the central Government. Therefore in my view no GST on subsidy provided by central Government ,but confirm. with others also .
GST not applicable on Subsidy...
There is no implications of gst in subsidy.
No GST attracts when subsidy received from Central or State Govt.
thank you and congratulations
No GST towards the subsidy provided by government (central or state)
why will government charge tax in its friendly tax 😋

can anyone suggest me invoice format for a billing of Rs. 50000

in 50k there is state Govt. subsidy of Rs. 20k and gst on material is 5%

Can You give more details...

Are You billing to Govt...?
or buying...?

i am billing to customer and also providing the copy to Govt. Department to claim subsidy

now i am billing 50k including 5% GST but from customer i take 30k and 20k comes on my account as subsidy

so do i need to pay 5% gst on 30k or in total 50k of invoice

i have attached a pdf file to view my recent invoice format

sorry i sent a wrong file

please look at this file

No problem in Your invoice... Just note "Less : Subsidy - Rs. XXXX.
Are You received subsidy from govt directly...?! If yes then Your invoicing is absolutely correct...
