landlord
if the rent is not more than 20 lakh per year ?
then no need to pay G.S.T
thanks sir ! but the company I am leasing to is paying me rent with 18% GST
what is the meaning of "company I am leasing to is paying me rent with 18% gst". are they issuing invoice, are they giving you rent after deducting 18% G.S.T.. Here I've assumed that you are not registered under G.S.T
The supplier( landlord) who is providing services is liable to charge & collect GST from Recepient & pay to Govt
The Landlord is required to charge and collect GST from the tenant and then deposit the same with the Government...
