GST for B2C Business

We are into Garment accessories business and supply Brass Zipper to Jobbers who stitches denims jeans, in other words they make jeans..and majority are unregistered and uneducated... How to raise invoices and what will be the process to file return in such case's?

You need to issue bill of supply to the unregistrd party. And jn case of job workers you need to raise a delivery challan when you give him the goods for job work. Ypu can contact me for further queries at tushaar.dcpl @ gmail.com

Since you are a registered dealer, you can sell those jobbers with Tax Invoice as you sell to other customers. You have nothing to do with their registration.
