Dear Members,

I have the following query

Query-1) Person registered under GST Act ( INDIA) and giving service to other country (CHINA) should he liable to charge GST ..???

Note:- Only Service

yes gst will come..if he don't have LUT

GST applied Zero rated If he Give Bond before provide Service

If No Bond than GST applied in Normal Rate as applicable on that service
