THERE IS NO BUTTON OF EVC THROUGH ADHAR IN NEW REGISTRATION AND MIGRATION?

Yes there will not be any option for the same where as you can either E-Sign Via.OTP which you would receive in the mobile number registered under the Adhaar or you can do it via Digital Signature.
