We are two partner named A and B in a partnership firm name ABC we have indivudual property in a co op soc. on which we pay maintenance charge and we pay it from partner ship firm while the invoce of maintenance are issued on individual name A and B i have provided my firm gst no.to co op soc. Can i get that credit in my partnership firm

When co op soc issues maintenance bill in your individual name how soc is going to mention GSTIN of your firm on maintenance bill. When GST no is not there you can not avail ITC for firm
