sir i was received good with GST rate rs 18% after ane month the GST rate decreases 14% so how i take cradit 18%

You can take Credit as per Your purchase invoices...
Also You can charge GST Your sales invoices in current scenario....
As per Your ITC (-) Outward supplies = C/f or Payable...
