sir, my client( firm) gst registered at July 2020, till date no gst return filling and no bank account opened. now 1 partner retire and admit 1 partner, such time gst core field amendment aadhar authentication is mandatory for all partners? because gst aadhar authentication not mandatory for existing gst registeration?
pls clarify for gst authentication compulsory for existing gst registered.

I understand the query is regarding change in authorised persons. When the authorised personnel of firm is changed, yes you need to update the same on GST portal as well.
By merely loging in at GST portal, In your profile go to "non-core activities" and change authorised signatory by editing retiring partner and admit a new partner with his/her details.
