it will be import of service and tax is payable by RBI because no any exemption given by act. However there is one exception
but in regard to import of service from nom taxable territory it will fall under RCM.. isn't it so?
Yes, an Import of Goods or Service shall fall under RCM ( IGST) is payable by the service/goods Recipient
