gst cancellation
I have submitted gst cancellation. in jun 18. which is under process. is it compulsory to file further gst return or not. pls guide us

In my case, we have also applied to surrender our GST but, for last 3 month it was showing pending and after 3 months we got notice from GST department due to not filling return, we talked to state GST officer and he has suggested us to file nil return (if no sale and purchase) because right now this option is not available
Yes, You should file nil return if there is no sale during this period
