GST audit will be on GSTN TURNOVER or aggregate (PAN)

please advise for GST Audit what will be the threshold TO whether statewise turnover or aggregate at PAN level & applied to all the registered place.

PAN wise turnover is to be taken to determine aggregate turnover. If it exceed 2 crores then audit is compulsary.
