GST ASMT 10
Sir I made a e way bill and could not cancel it on time now department has served the notice against form Asmt 10 now how to do reply to it

ASMT 10 is issued u/s 61 of CGST Act , its issued in mismatch in GST rerurns. (Scrutiny) . Its basically seeking explanation on this mismatch.
Either you accept this discrepancy mention in Notice & deposit Tax & inerest mention therein & inform the same by filing ASMT 11.
Else , Visit to your Jurisdiction Tax Officer with all your document & Explaination.
Note : i dont think that Asmt 10 being issued online on portal , hence in any case you have to visit to your Tax Officer
