we got provisional certificate, but in portal application status showing "Active pending verification" whta it denotes.pl. any one enlightenme

Its only provisional, that's why it is showing pending verification.
After verification, it will be considered final registration certificate.

I forgot to add service tax information in place of business but registered for State VAT in GST. I want to know when will the amendmant process/link be active on GSTIN, so that we could upload the service tax information.
