We applied for GST Fresh registration as our VAT No. was inactive for back to back Zero Return Filing. Now, after our application (our Application for New Registration & GST REG-01 in Maharashtra is submitted successfully against AA270717129525X dated 2017-07-06).
After 4-5 Days, a query was raised by the Department for having a different address to the one in CIN. Aren't they aware that the address in CIN cannot be changed ? We have provided all the necessary documents of Address Change already but nothing has worked so far. It has been over 12-17 days post our response to the query. This was the query raised by the Department.
