GST application
I have made an agreement to purchased a commercial property 2 years ago i.e before GST ..Now I am actually purchasing it and completing the registration..Will GST be charged?

GST is not applicable on sale or purchase of land and building.
GST is only for Goods and Services, hence gst is not applicable to land and building, further if you buy Commercial Property from person who in Business of selling such properties then Gst will applicable.
