Gst applicable on second hand mobile reselling?
If someone purchase second hand mobile in bulk quantities from malls for which mall charged him with vat amount and then he sold it to local customers, then gst applicable? And at what rate?

GST applicable at 18 %
GST applicable on sales only when seller is registered into gst, otherwise vat paid on purchase will become cost of buyer and he can't take input of same anywhere.
