Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the Goods and Services Tax (GST) implications when paying sales commission. GST is applicable based on whether the recipient of the commission is a registered trader. If the recipient is registered, they should charge GST on their invoice. If they are unregistered, GST is not applicable. The liability to pay GST falls on the service provider, not the recipient, and Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) does not apply in these scenarios.

Are they commission Agents ?.
No sir they are not commission agent.
Will you please elaborate in detail about Business , Commission etc .

There is no RCM. The liability to pay GST will be on those who are giving commission based services
