Yes, ITC can be claimed if the invoice bears company name and gstin number.

but the expense is shown as asset I mean capitalised in that case what is the consequence frnds

I think since input services definition doesn't explicitly demarcate between those capitalised and otherwise you may go ahead to claim it.
I would not claim depreciation on the same just to be the safer side because of a prohibition for the same under sec16(3) in relation to goods
