show your GSTR1 as nil return - that compulsory to file if gou dont have sale bill. and also that should file gstr2 with your purchase record with any reverse charge bill.
First of you fill the turn over. Then generate GST summary. After check the preview and submit the return.. It ll be definetly submitted... Try to it... GOOD LUCK...
