Dear Sir,
Does gross receipt and gross profit include TDS deducted under 194J?? I am confused as the tax is deducted beforehand...

Dear Pranjol,
TDS amount is not included in gross receipts. it is an amount which is calculated on the gross receipts and paid toCBDT in deductee's name. so consider the amount of gross receipts before TDS and not deduct it from the gross receipts.
