Hey Frnzz..

                   If a employee works under an employer for 4 years is he entitled for gratuity..??

As some of the pratical problems says that he worked for 4 years and we calculate amount of gratuity for that 4 years..

But The provisions of payment of gratuity act says that an employee should work for atleast 5 years if he wants to get gratuity..!! plzzz help regarding diz..!!

Continuous service of 5 years is not applicable when employment is terminated due to death or disablement due to accident or disease.
