my date of Joining in apvt. Ltd. Company is 26/04/2011 & now company deduct gratuity part in my salary per month from October 2014. they are saying it is part of CTC.
i want to know that when will be liable for gratuity. & from when it will be calculate from 26/04/2011 or 01/10/2014

Gratutiy is payable when an employee completed five regular year of service under the same company... so whether they deduct it or not.. they wil pay you when u leave the job once after completing five complete year of service
