I am attaching copy of order dated 12.6.1996 of Madras High Court wherein it has been held that if an employee completes service of 4 years and 240 days, he will be deemed to have completed 5 years of service and will be eligible for gratuity under the Act.

Can some one help me to provide some new case, i heard that recently on 30-03-2011, the case decided in favor of entitlement of gratuity in reliance communication ltd, but i did not have full details
