whtr Gratuity will applicable for NGO's.?
yes it is.because gratuity is to be received by the employee working in an entity. so after he completed the prescribed tenure of job in a particular entity he's entitled for gratuity.
so like any other Provision like TDS ESI pf etc.. gratuity is also applicable to NGO
