Hi,
As per the Amendment into Gratuity act, the maximum limit for Gratuity payment is INR 20,00,000 Lac.
Please confirm if this is for Govt sector employees only or for Pvt sector employees also.
Also, is tax exemption of 20 Lac for both Govt and pvt sector??
