Please let me know whether
part time
employees are eligible for Gratuity

Not sure but its nowhere given in payment of gratuity act that part time employees are not eligible for gratuity. so I think they are entitled to receive gratuity provided the act is applicable to entity in which they are working. Also the employee should be person as defined in the act.
